Jessica Almy

Jessica Almy is a nonprofit executive and policy strategist specializing in food systems transformation and animal welfare. She most recently served as Interim CEO of the Good Food Institute, leading a $40 million global organization advancing sustainable protein solutions. During her tenure at GFI, she secured more than $50 million in government funding and shaped regulatory pathways for plant-based and cultivated meat technologies.

Jessica holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law and an M.S. in Animals and Public Policy from Tufts University. A practicing Catholic, she serves as a lector at her parish in Washington, DC, where she lives with her family.
